- Primero. INFORMAR a la senora Maria Amandina Marin Toro, que el juez competente para tomar las medidas necesarias orientadas a obtener el debido cumplimiento y tramite del incidente de desacato de la Sentencia T-079 de 2008 es el Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Vegachi - Antioquia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR la remision del escrito de solicitud de cumplimiento y apertura de incidente de desacato de la Sentencia T-079 de 2008 al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Vegachi - Antioquia, para que proceda conforme con sus competencias en la materia, teniendo en cuenta los terminos del fallo de la Corte.
